Below is our response to the current Coronavirus pandemic.
In taking preventive measures due to the COVID-19 virus we will not be doing any service work inside customer's homes unless it is an extreme emergency. This measure is being taken to protect our employees as well as customers.
We ask you to please understand the situation and as soon as things change we will return to our normal technical services.
Propane deliveries will still be made on their scheduled routes. We ask that you mail your payment, pay over the phone, or pay online at www.lenoxpropane.com instead of coming to our office to pay to limit risk.
Our showroom is closed for the next two weeks. We can always try to assist you over the phone. You may speak to a salesman and they can assist in your needs.
IMPORTANT: Please do not enter our building. The building is closed to the public as a safety precaution. If you do need assistance in person or need a small cylinder filled, please pull into our parking lot and honk your horn. Someone will come to the front door to assist you. Please keep a distance. We are taking these measures not only to help protect our employees but also to help protect our customers. Please understand our business is a life necessity as people need propane for heat, hot water, cooking, etc.
